Quote request for roll labels and service lead time
To prepare indicative production costs, please include the most important information in your inquiry. This way we can prepare an offer that is valid for 7 business days from the date we send it. However, if you confirm the order later, we may keep the price or adjust it depending on changes in material costs.
How to send a quote request for roll labels
- Define the label shape.
Circle / rectangle / irregular shape. - Provide dimensions (mm).
Label width and height. - Mark the substrate (material).
For example: paper, PP film (gloss / matt), transparent PP film, kraft, metallised / silver films or “other”. - Mark the finishing.
For example: none / matt laminate / gloss laminate. - Provide quantity and roll parameters.
Number of labels. Core diameter (e.g. 76 mm or another). - Application method:
manual / automatic / no preference. - Label layout on the roll (important!).
Note: the label layout on the roll can affect the final price; therefore, it is worth indicating it already in the inquiry. - Add the file and contact details.
Attach the design: PDF or TIF. Add contact details and any notes (e.g. product type, storage conditions, deadline). Result: the more complete the information you provide right away, the faster we will reply with a specific quote and a proposal for the best solution.
Service lead time
We set the lead time already at the quotation stage for the entire job. It depends mainly on the number of ongoing projects, as well as on the order size that we agree together. The indicated date applies provided that you place the order quickly and efficiently approve the visual imposition preview prepared after rasterisation.
Moreover, we agree the lead time already at the quotation stage, so you know the schedule before production starts. In addition, it depends mainly on our current workload and on the job size that we determine together.
Furthermore, the agreed deadline applies on condition that you place the order without delay and approve the imposition preview after rasterisation. However, if delays occur at any of these stages, the lead time may shift; consequently, the printing house is not responsible for such changes.
Send the label parameters and a PDF/TIF file, then quickly confirm the order and approve the imposition preview — in return we will send a quote, a lead time and a recommendation for material and finishing, so that production stays on schedule.
